Adrift

Adrift is a Spanish sludge, doom and post-metal group from Madrid, Spain. Formed in 1999, it plays heavy, intense music that draws on a wide range of influences, from the experimental, dark end of Neurosis, Isis and Sunn O))) to the more direct riff-based sound of Kyuss and Tool.

Line-up

The band’s members are Jaime on drums, Macon on guitar, Jorge on guitar and vocals, and Dani on bass.

Adrift’s discography includes the demo Cogito Ergo Actuo from 2002, the 7-inch Austero from 2004, the MCD Troya from 2005, the split Waterloo V.A with Another Kind of Dead, Moksha and Moho in 2006, Monolito from 2008, and Black Heart Bleeds Black from 2012.
