Adam K is a Canadian electronic music producer and DJ also known as Adam Kershen. He works in house, techno, progressive trance and progressive electronic music, and is also associated with the project Adam K & Soha.

His work centres on studio production, composing and sound engineering. He has a background in audio engineering and sound design, which he uses in shaping his own recordings. Over a period of years in the studio, he develops a production style built around manipulating sounds rather than relying only on standard dance music formulas.

Adam K also collaborates with and remixes other artists, including deadmau5, Tiesto and Hatiras. These collaborations reflect his role within electronic dance music production and remix culture.

Hotbox Digital

In 2007, Adam K launches the record label Hotbox Digital, which becomes his main imprint. The label is identified with house music and is also listed as one of his associated labels.
