ACxDC

ACxDC stands for Antichrist Demoncore. It is a United States punk band from Southern California, formed in 2003, and active from 2003 to the present. The group is associated with crust punk, grindcore, powerviolence, and punk, and is also described as a power violence and thrashcore act.

History

The band is founded in 2003 by Sergio, Pablo, Jeff, and JC. Within two years of starting out, it releases the Jack Trippin' Demo and He Had It Comin' 7", and contributes two tracks to the Signs Of An Impending Doom Compilation. It builds a reputation in the powerviolence and grindcore scene through frequent shows across Southern California.

By 2005, the band has broken up. It returns for a one-night reunion show in summer 2006 with the original members, then most of the members go on to other bands and projects. After discussion between Sergio and Jose of Shoes of Cement, formerly Hitem Where It Hurts, the band comes back again for a show in 2010 at the Workmens Circle in Los Angeles, California, with Bobby and Jose joining the line-up.

Line-up

Pablo and Bobby later leave the band. ACxDC then recruits Jorge from Asshole Assassination Squad and Ruptures to play drums. The line-up at that point consists of Sergio, Jeff, Jose, and Jorge.
