Acidez

Acidez is a punk group from Jalisco, Mexico, formed in 2003. The band begins with a more classic street punk sound and later develops a harder style that brings in thrash metal and d-beat elements.

Career

The group releases its first LP, No Hay Futuro, in 2008. It follows with the split release Deadly Dose/Dosis Mortal with The Angst in 2010. After several line-up changes, including the departure of lead singer KarlOi!, the band’s sound shifts further towards heavier influences. The band also releases Don't Ask For Permission.

Live activity

Acidez plays alongside a range of punk and hardcore acts, including the Casualties, Destruction Made Simple, the Varukers, Rabia, Total Chaos, Agente Calavera, Atroz Destruccion, Dias de Radio, Human Plague, @patia No, Death Mold, Resist & Exist, Totälickers and Especimen.
