Abdoujaparov

Abdoujaparov is a UK group active since 1998. It is associated with Les Carter of the Unstoppable Sex Machine and the line-up includes Richie C, Fruitbat, Danny P and Mirko V. The band’s music draws on the noisy, energetic side of 1977 punk rock, with songs described as fast and sometimes country-influenced.

Releases

The group releases material on Spinach Records. Its catalogue includes seven EPs and two albums, Air Oden Disco Pub and Cycle Riot History Gang. A compilation CD drawing tracks from the first three EPs is issued by Pop Gun in Australia.
