Abdallah Oumbadougou is a Nigerien Tuareg guitarist and singer from Agadez, Niger, born in 1962 and died in 2020. He is known as an activist for Tuareg rights and as one of the early figures associated with Tuareg blues, a style that combines rock and blues with traditional Tuareg music.
