A Sudden Burst Of Colour is an instrumental post-rock group from Motherwell, Scotland. Formed in 2012, the band remains active and is made up of Luke Duncan and Callum Brand on guitar, Liam Shaw on drums, and Calum Farquharson on bass.

The group’s first EP, Reborn, is released independently through Bandcamp. Their sound is identified with instrumental post-rock, and they are also tagged with post-metal.
