31hours

31hours is an Oxford-based group active since 2012. The group is centred on Jo Griffin. Its sound is described as art rock and art pop, with pop and rock foundations and influences that include afropop, space rock and atmospheric indie.

The project is noted for drawing on the varied musical tastes of its members, which gives the music a wide but distinctive range. It has been described by Nightshift Magazine as “immensely pleasing eclectic prog pop”.

In addition to Jo Griffin, the line-up includes Jake Kavanagh, Rebekah Whittingham and Simon Himpson.
