1EYE

1EYE is a Birmingham-based band whose debut single is Worries & Trouble, featuring Apache Indian. The group performs a blend of reggae, Latin and soul, and its album Whiskey Business follows the same mix of styles. The album draws on political themes and everyday life in Birmingham and beyond.

The band has performed with UB40, Beverley Knight and Toots and the Maytals. It also makes a feature-length documentary called Whiskey Business, which covers the making of the album in a pub cellar, promotion work in Cannes and a performance of the material in full at an album showcase.
