11 PARANOIAS is a doom metal, sludge, stoner doom and stoner band founded by Bong guitarist and effects player Mike Vest with Adam Richardson, who plays bass and provides vocals, and drummer Mark Greening, formerly of Ramesses. Greening is later replaced by Nathan Perrier of Capricorns. The group brings together musicians associated with several heavy underground acts, and its line-up includes Vest on guitars and effects.
