Cornwall’s favourite cider and music festival announces its first wave of acts for 2019 including Reef, The Wurzels, Skinny Lister and Mad Dog Mcrea.

Returning to the grounds of Healey’s Cyder Farm on Friday 13th – Sunday 15th September 2019, the delightful Cornish party will burst at the seams with scrumptious tipples, apple-inspired games and hand-raising performances. With the sounds of musicians from across the UK filling the festival air, the 7th edition of Little Orchard Cider & Music Festival is gearing up to be the best yet. Tickets are available now via the website.

Having made a debut appearance at Little Orchard Cider & Music Festival back in 2016, British rock band Reef will return to the apple-laden grounds to headline festival proceedings on Friday 13th September 2019. Still on a high since launching new studio album “Revelation” earlier this year, the festival veterans will take to the stage with a catalogue of hits spanning a 23-year plus career. Gaining worldwide success with iconic anthems including ‘Place Your Hands’ and ‘Naked’, the Glastonbury-born ensemble are responsible for numerous Top 40 hit singles, endless scream-along performances and countless festival appearances. Little Orchard Cider & Music Festival is proud to exclusively showcase Reef’s only 2019 show in Cornwall.

One of the West Country’s most famous exports, The Wurzels, will take prime position on the main stage on Friday 13th September 2019. No strangers to performing at Little Orchard Cider & Music Festival, the Scrumpy and Western four-piece return to the grounds of the real working cider farm for the third consecutive year. Best known for number one hit ‘The Combine Harvester’ and their passion for apple-based beverages, as true friends of the festival, The Wurzels guarantee a true knees-up affair.

Also joining this year’s schedule is London-formed folk-punk band Skinny Lister. Having garnered a following including indie experts, riff-addled metal fans and furious punk kids, the British six-piece are well-known for delivering a wild live show. From touring on a narrowboat to singing when wing-walking, Skinny Lister’s songs, stories and passionate live performances charm and thrill a huge spectrum of gig-goers.

Infectious Sunday night headliners Mad Dog Mcrea will close festival proceedings with a unique blend of folk rock, pop, gypsy jazz and bluegrass. Renowned for musical madness and foot-stomping shows, the six-strong band will have party-goers moving and shaking to the bitter end. Saturday night headline act and additional artists still to be announced.

Festival organiser Ian Whittaker comments: “2018 was a huge success for Little Orchard. The festival benefitted from a revised layout and exciting new areas popped up in different locations throughout Healey’s Cyder Farm. Planning is well and truly underway to make our 7th year truly memorable. We cannot wait to see everyone there.”

Weekend Tickets are currently on sale priced at £40 (plus £4.50 booking fee). Little Orchard Cider & Music Festival operates a tiered ticket system with prices changing over time. An allocation of tickets is reserved for each tier, this will close when the allocation of tickets is sold out. Glamping options are also available.

Little Orchard Cider & Music Festival is a charming little Cornish party set in the grounds of Healey’s Cyder Farm. Established in 2013 by Quick Panda Productions, the boutique festival, famed for its live bands and abundance of ciders, attracts a loyal, fun-loving crowd year-on-year.
