Glastonbury Confirm Mumford and Sons

13 more acts have been announced for this years Glastonbury Festival including Mumford and Sons and Primal Scream

Glastonbury Festival have unveiled another selection of acts on there line up with folk stars Mumford and Sons making there return after there rise in success and rightly so.

Mumford and Sons last performed at Glastonbury in 2010, since then they've won a Brit award, broken into the American charts and now bring there exciting sound back for this year.

Primal Scream have also been announced to play, other acts confirmed are Laura Marling, Anna Calvi, BB King, The Chemical Brothers, Fleet Foxes and more here.

This announcement came in an interview the Gaurdian done with Emily Eavis. These acts follow the headliners already on the bill for the Pyramd Stage, U2, Coldplay and Beyonce.

Glastonbury Festival is undoubtably the largest greenfield music and performing arts festival in the world and a template for all the festivals that have come after it. The difference is that Glastonbury has all the best aspects of being at a Festival in one astonishing bundle. Each area of the festival has its own character, with different themes and attractions.
