Twinwood Festival
The 12th Twinwood Festival, incorporating the Glenn Miller Festival of Swing, Jazz and Jive! takes place in Twinwood Arena & Airfield in Clapham (near Bedford), Bedfordshire over the August Bank holiday weekend - 24th August to 26 August 2013. Twinwood is a festival focused solely on vintage music and dance from the 1930s, 1940s & 1950s. There are 10 stages and along with air displays, hangar dances, fashion shows, comedy shows, trade stalls, food and bars, museums, living history, classic vehicles, camping it always promises to be a fun affair - in fact, The Telegraph has named it one of the top 20 festivals for 2010, 2011 and 2012.
Tickets for 2013 are now on sale:
- Weekend: adult £75, child £12.50
- Saturday only: adult £33, child £7.50
- Sunday only: adult £33, child £7.50
- Monday only: adult £27, child £7.50, family £55
Camping
There are two campsites and caravan and motorhome pitches are also available:
