Safe As Milk is a brand new festival launched in 2017. It is named after the Captain Beefheart Album of 1967 and brings together a curated mix of music across different genres and locations. It also offers the chance to enjoy a highly unique and specialised marketplace with globally renowned record labels and sellers present at the event. A film programme is also included alongside screen printed gig poster exhibitions. It is organised by the team behind TUSK festival and alt.vinyl in Newcastle.
