Moovin Festival

From June 12th to 14th, 2026, Moovin Festival returns to Etherow Park for three full days of music, art and community. Set on the eco-friendly Whitebottom Farm in Etherow Country Park, Compstall (Cheshire), Moovin feels like a world away from city life. Just a stone's throw from Manchester, the festival is nestled among rolling green fields and woodland glades. You will enter a welcoming, nature-filled gathering where bright festival flags flutter in the breeze and every corner hides a new adventure.

The music lineup is a vibrant mix of genres, from bumping basslines and old-school funk to soulful vocals, reggae grooves, driving house and drum & bass. Six unique stages offer nonstop entertainment, and the festival purposefully keeps the crowd small so every set feels intimate. In fact, fans often joke it feels like headline-quality acts are playing on every stage at once - incredible talent all around, giving fantastic value. Whether you are swaying to a live soul band or bopping to late-night electronic beats, you will find energy and surprises at every turn.

But Moovin Festival is about more than just music. The atmosphere is laid-back and community-driven: there are no VIP areas or red ropes - just one big family of friendly festivalgoers. By day you might start with a morning yoga session or a gong-bath to get the mind right, then explore artisan markets and sample delicious local food and creative cocktails. As dusk falls, bonfires and fire artists spring to life, while lantern-lit paths and glow-in-the-dark face paint make the night feel magical under the stars.
