The Species

The Species

The Species are a rock band from Nottingham, active since 2009. They are described as a four-piece indie pop and rock group, and as an alternative quartet. The group has a line-up of Gary Nelson on vocals and guitar, Rob Roblou on guitar, Dean Oxley on bass and Dylan Cameron on drums.

The name is also associated with a five-track EP titled I Am The Species, which includes the tracks “My Kind”, “Knowledge”, “Borrowed Words”, “The Puppet Song” and “Until”.
