Stacey Pullen is a techno musician from Detroit, United States. He begins working in the Detroit techno scene in 1990 and becomes involved early on in electronic music in the city where he is raised.

Career

Pullen studies with Derrick May and also works with him on business ventures. His work is associated with Detroit techno, techno and electronic music, and he is linked with the label Black Flag. He also uses the aliases Bango, Kosmik Messenger, X-Stacy and Silent Phase.

Style and influence

Pullen’s music combines techno with house and garage, and this approach is noted as an influence on later electronic artists.
