Nymfo is the moniker of Dutch drum and bass DJ and producer Bardo Camp, from Weert and based in Amsterdam. He works within drum and bass and related electronic styles including chillstep, dubstep, jump up and jungle.

Career

Nymfo has been active in drum and bass for more than a decade, working across DJing, event organisation and production. He organises Red Zone and ICON, which are described as among the better-known drum and bass events in the Netherlands, and also presents smaller events focused on deeper styles within the genre.

As a DJ, he plays shows across Europe and internationally. He wins the title of Best Dutch Drum and Bass DJ in 2005 and again in 2007.

Production and releases

Alongside DJ work, Nymfo develops a production catalogue that is picked up by labels including RAM Records, Renegade Recordings, Critical Recordings, Frequency Recordings and Shogun Limited. His productions also gain attention through collaborations with Icicle and Proxima.
