Lorcan Mak is a DJ and producer from Dublin, Ireland, working in electro and tech house. He begins DJing in 2002 and starts producing around 2004. Born in 1989, he builds a reputation through sets in Dublin and in parts of rural Ireland, including at legal and illegal raves.

Career

Mak first gains local recognition on the Dublin electro scene. He holds his first residency at Tetric @ The Button Factory, a Dublin electro night that also features acts such as Don Rimini, James Amato, Santiago & Bushido, Felix Cartal and Hi Jack. He performs regularly at nights, clubs and events around Dublin.

Releases and airplay

He has tracks that attract interest from several well-regarded labels around the world. His debut EP is still to be announced in the available information. His tracks also receive play on New Zealand’s Radio 1. He makes unreleased tracks, bootlegs and remixes available through his blogs on Myspace and Bebo.
