Frontiers

Frontiers is a group from Chile and is described as a Chilean tribute to Journey. The name is also shared by a number of other acts in different genres and places, including indie, emo, post-punk revival, blues, alternative rock, metal/djent, psychedelic rock and melodic hard rock/AOR.

One Frontiers is a band from Windsor, Ontario, described as drawing on folk, blues, punk and rock. Another is an experimental rock project from Oakland, California, with a debut album called Windfall. A separate Frontiers project operates as a metal/djent band from Sacramento, California. There is also an alternative rock band from Nottingham, UK.

Swedish melodic hard rock band

Another Frontiers is a melodic hard rock/AOR band from Avesta, Sweden. It forms in the mid-1980s by Patrik Söderström and Johan Kullberg and takes its name from Journey’s Frontiers. The line-up includes Patrik Söderström on bass and backing vocals, Johan Kullberg on drums, Hans Asp on guitar and backing vocals, Peter Söderström on guitar, piano and backing vocals, Peo Gaasvik on keyboards and backing vocals, and Tony Brorsson on lead vocals.
