Innerleithen Music Festival

Founded in 2003 Innerleithen Music Festival is a small and friendly music festival that takes place in the small, hill-surrounded town of Innterleithen every August. It is just 30 miles from Edinburgh in the Scottish Borders and celebrates both local and Celtic music as well as other types of traditional and folk music.

In 2015 the 13th Innerleithen Festival will run from 21st until 23rd August and brings together many recognisable names from the world celtic and folk music. The artists announced so far include Eddi Reader & Band, Skipinnish, The Friel Sisters, Paul Anderson & Shona Donaldson, Mischa Macpherson Trio, The Bevvy Sisters, Tommy Ashby, Kathy Stewart & Friends, Frank Usher & Seoras Ashby, Mick Tickell, Fisher Lassies, Mark Dunlop, Euan Drysdale, and Nomad Beat, with more to be confirmed.
