Underage Festival will take place at London's Victoria Park, Grove Road, Tower Hamlets, London E3. Age Restriction is strictly 14 to 18 years only. No Adults 19 years and over will be allowed entry. Music is split between a main stage and various smaller one dotted on the outskirts of Victoria Park.
