Get ready to escape to a bohemian paradise! The Boho Festival is set to return from 24–26 July 2026, transforming a tranquil Nottinghamshire farm on East Bridgford Road near Newton (NG13 8HN) into a three-day celebration of music, art and community. Under wide-open skies and leafy forest canopy, this intimate boutique festival invites free spirits of all ages to dance across flower-filled meadows and shady woodlands to an eclectic soundtrack. The atmosphere is joyous and welcoming – fluttering pennants and fairy lights frame the scene as the sun sets, and thousands of twinkling stars appear overhead. No matter who you come with, you’ll fit right into this vibrant, wild-spirited crowd.

For music lovers, Boho is a dream come true. Two main stages pulse with sound day and night, featuring top DJs and live acts spinning everything from funky disco grooves to global house and acoustic serenades. Between sets you’ll find hidden chill-out zones scattered among the trees: a colorful Mongolian yurt reserved for morning yoga and crafts transforms by dusk into a lively adults-only disco. Keep wandering and you might stumble on a driftwood sculpture or a cozy circle of drums inviting you to join in. When night falls, the fields light up with lanterns and live music – it’s all too easy to lose track of time dancing beneath the stars.

Boho Festival is built for families. Children roam free in a leafy play area, enjoying nature treasure hunts, storytime workshops and face-painting adventures from dawn till dusk. Tiny ravers dance at their own mini discos with glow-stick parties, while parents relax nearby on hammocks and picnic blankets, sipping herbal teas or sampling local festival food. In the early mornings you might see sleepy yogis greeting the sunrise with gentle stretches on the dew-kissed grass – just one of the ways Boho nourishes body and soul for everyone.

At night the campsite buzzes with camaraderie. Pitch your own tent under the stars, or splurge on a decorative bell tent complete with real beds, fluffy pillows and linens – it’s glamping at its finest. Waking up here means brewing fresh coffee in the field and swapping stories around the barbecue before sunrise. Sharing laughter by a crackling fire and drifting off to the sound of crickets feels like home among friends, and it only adds to the festival’s enchantment.

More than anything, Boho is about connection and creativity. You’ll trade friendship bracelets, join sunrise drum circles and stumble upon impromptu art workshops as if by magic. Evenings here feel like chapters in a story: fire performers spin under oak trees, acoustic tunes drift out of lantern-lit spaces, and poetry readings blend into the night air. Pack your wildest outfit and get ready – we can’t wait to see you dancing in the fields at Boho Festival 2026!

East Bridgford Road in the village of Newton sits about 10 km south of Nottingham city centre in rural Nottinghamshire. Most visitors reach the area by passing through Nottingham first (it’s a major transport hub) and then following local roads toward East Bridgford and Newton. On festival weekends, clear signage and staff will direct you to parking fields off East Bridgford Road. Parking is usually provided near the site (often with your festival ticket), but spaces fill up fast, so car-pooling or early arrival is recommended.

By car: Nottinghamshire is well served by major roads. From the M1 (north or south), exit at Junction 24 or 25 and follow signs for the A52 toward the Trent Bridge and West Bridgford. From Nottingham city centre, head east on the A52 (King’s Boulevard) and turn south at Radcliffe-on-Trent toward Newton/East Bridgford. If you use sat-nav, enter NG13 8HN (it will route you to a point on East Bridgford Road just 0.5 miles from the festival entrance). The final stretch is a narrow country lane, so allow extra time and drive carefully through the villages. Event stewards will then guide you to the nearest parking area once you arrive.

By train and bus: The nearest major station is Nottingham (served by regular trains from London, Birmingham, Manchester, etc.). Nottingham station is about a 30-minute drive from East Bridgford Road. From there, you can take a TrentBarton Rushcliffe Villager (RV1) bus toward Bingham, which stops at Newton/East Bridgford. (Buses run roughly hourly.) Alternatively, Bingham station on the Nottingham–Lincoln line is about 5 km away; from Bingham you can take a taxi or check local buses toward Radcliffe/East Bridgford. Note that evening services are limited, so if staying off-site plan in advance for a taxi or ride-share after the festival.

By air: The closest airport is East Midlands Airport (EMA), about 30–40 minutes by car. EMA has regular flights from across Europe. From the airport you can rent a car or take a taxi into Nottingham and then follow the directions above. Birmingham Airport is about 1.5 hours by car (you can also take a train from there to Nottingham). Manchester and London airports are further away but connected to Nottingham by train. Whichever airport you use, your goal after flying in is to reach Nottingham, where onward travel to the festival is easiest.

Accommodation: Many attendees stay in Nottingham, which offers a wide range of hotels, inns and B&Bs. West Bridgford and the city centre are convenient places to base yourself. If you prefer countryside charm, some visitors find charming lodgings in East Bridgford, Newton or nearby villages like Bingham or Radcliffe – but these are limited and book up quickly. The festival also typically offers on-site camping and glamping options (check the official site when booking tickets). If you do decide to camp, there are other campgrounds and glamping farms nearby, but again, reserve early. Wherever you stay, book ahead, as accommodations in the Nottinghamshire area can fill up fast during warm summer weekends.
