Other options include flying into London Heathrow or Gatwick and taking a train or coach up to Norwich. Once in Norwich, use local transport or taxis to reach UEA as above.

Because the city is compact, staying in or near the city centre is only a short taxi or bus ride from the campus. This also gives you the chance to explore Norwich’s historic streets and riverside when you’re not at the festival.

A few more tips: If you drive, allow extra time for traffic around event dates as roads near UEA may be congested. Norwich is very bicycle-friendly, so cycling to campus is also an option. Check the schedule for late-night trains or coaches if you plan to travel after the event. UEA campus maps and signs will show the way to the LCR once you arrive. Lastly, pack for changeable weather — August evenings in Norfolk can be cool or rainy, so bring a light jacket or poncho.
