Burger Fest UK is set to host its first-ever event in London next month, showcasing the country's top burger vendors and allowing attendees to vote for their favorites in the UK Burger Championships.
An Enormous Burger Festival Is Bringing The Country’s Best Patty-Flippers Together In One Place Next Month
Burger Fest UK will touch down in London for its first-ever event next month, shining a light on the best burgers from across the country.
Described as “the biggest burger and beer festival the UK has ever seen”, Burger Fest UK will pit London’s beef-y patty flippers against contenders from around the country. They’ll be serving up everything from monstrous mounds of beef to ultra-thin and crispy smashburgers and everything in between. And you get to try the outrageous burger creations from all of them. Or, at least as many as you can stomach…
Which burger vendors will be at Burger Fest UK?
Among the confirmed names are:
- Meatcastles
- Smith’s of Bourton
- Black Cactus
- Leytonstone Tavern
- Baggio Burger
- Bun & Sum
- Strip Club Street Food
- 7Bone
- Zephyr Burger
Each trader will serve a classic cheeseburger for £10 or less, with at least one special creation to represent them in the UK Burger Championships.
The UK Burger Championships
Attendees will be able to vote for their favourites, and the vendor with the most votes will be crowned The People’s Champion. Said Ned Boyd, co-founder of Burger Fest UK: “We wanted to throw the ultimate burger and beer celebration. The UK Burger Championships puts the power in the hands of real fans, no panel of judges, no nonsense, just you lot deciding who wears the crown. Add in craft beer, cocktails and a line-up of the country’s most hyped burger traders and you’ve got a weekend built for pure indulgence.” Get ready to loosen those belts, because these burger traders won’t be holding back. Burger Fest UK will run from September 13 – 14 at Signature Brew’s Walthamstow brewery and taproom. You’ll find it at Unit 15, Blackhorse Lane, E17 5QJ. Grab your ticket for Burger Fest UK here.
