Christmas extravaganza not to be missed, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is now open until Monday 1st January 2018

As the UK’s number one Christmas destination, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland hosts a variety of food and drink. With an offering bigger than ever before, there’s something for everyone at one of the many bars and eateries.

Making its London debut this year, Bar Hütte creates a mini alpine-style village complete with its own bar and restaurant. A unique take on ‘Alpine Après Ski’, Bar Hütte is the ultimate place for festive get-togethers with karaoke and cocktails. Visitors can enjoy a tasty sit down meal, with fresh stone-baked pizzas on offer. For those who have a sweet tooth, the chocolate calzone will make for a delicious dessert.

Brand new this year, THOR’S Tipi Bar offers visitors an original Viking inspired Christmas experience. The Scandinavian pop-up tipi bar is nestled in the heart of Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, complete with cosy log fires, twinkling lights and Christmas cheer. Outside BBQs are available as well as festive favourites such as mulled wine, prosecco and indulgent hot chocolate.

Soak up the festive atmosphere in the rustic wooden chalets of the ever-popular Bavarian Village. Visitors can enjoy a Bratwurst washed down with a hot cider or beer from one of the outdoor bars. At night, relax in the covered seating area of the Hall and experience live music entertainment all evening long in true Bavarian style. New for this year, the Bavarian Village presents Almhütte, the most authentic Oktoberfest experience yet. Almhütte gives visitors the chance to listen to traditional Bavarian Oompah music whilst enjoying an Oktoberfest style meal.

Feast on the variety available from the Street Food Market with an offering of meatballs, Mexican burritos, crispy duck, mac & cheese, gourmet burgers, Asian street food and Indian delights. Alongside this Hyde Park Winter Wonderland has a huge selection of stalls to grab a snack on the go such as Kerbisher & Malt, Bubbledogs, Mooney’s Halloumi, Wingmans plus many more. There are also plenty of sweet treats for visitors to enjoy, including mouth-watering creperies, heart-warming churro stands and sweet stalls offering home-made fudge, pick and mix sweets and gift-wrapped bonbons.

Bar Ice returns this year with a brand new theme, designed in the style of a classical temple, which transports you to ancient Greece. Ideal for a romantic date, enjoy a cocktail surrounded by beautifully carved ice columns and sculptures in -10° temperatures. Heat up at The Fire Pit, a rustic open-air bar with crackling fires to toast marshmallows and food stalls dotted around. The Fire Pit is perfect for a gathering with family and friends.

Bar Hütte, Bar Ice and packages for the Bavarian Village and Almhütte are available to pre-book now.

Alongside the vast food and drink offering, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland hosts many new and returning attractions including the the UK’s largest outdoor Ice Rink, Europe’s largest indoor ice and snow sculpture experience The Magical Ice Kingdom Deep Sea Adventure, Cinderella on Ice, Zippos Christmas Circus, Cirque Berserk, The Sooty Christmas Show, The Giant Observation Wheel, over 150 chalets in the Angels Christmas Market, The Winter Wonder View Tower and the world’s largest transportable rollercoaster Munich Looping.
