By car, Minehead is easily reached via the M5 motorway. From London or the Midlands, take the M5 south to Taunton (junction 25), then follow the A358 and A39 into Minehead. Drivers coming from Wales or the north should also use the M5 toward Taunton before heading west on the A358/A39. There is a large public car park on Warren Road, but it can fill up quickly, so arriving early or carpooling is advised, especially in winter when travel times may be longer.
