Armin Van Buuren Easter weekend shows

With Easter looming it’s time for Armin van Buuren, the world’s undisputed no.1 DJ to make his return to the UK. Flying in for 2 shows this Easter.

Flying in on Easter Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th April, the Dutchman will play two exclusive UK shows in the South and North respectively. The Easter Saturday event will be hosted at London’s world famous O2 Academy Brixton, whilst Easter Sunday will take place at Glasgow’s mighty Braehead Arena. Ready and raring to infiltrate the country with his brand new show, expect a blisteringly unique concoction of trance, electro and euphoric floor-fillers and a sensational array of lights and lasers that pretty much defines the Van Buuren experience!

Scooping the top spot in DJ Mag’s top 100 DJs for a recording breaking fourth year on the trot has worked to solidify the foundations of his already cemented throne at the pinnacle of dance music. Ploughing his way through the iconic list from 2001 onwards has seen him leapfrog trance dons such as Tiesto and Paul Van Dyk on a gruelling mission to become the undeniable number one DJ on the planet.

A Dutchman with a prolific and ongoing string of accolades, Armin has gathered an extensive hoard of achievements during his 14 years on the scene. Ranging from Best Trance Artist in the Beatport awards, to being awarded Holland’s prestigious Golden Harp - the list might be bigger than his record collection!

Not content with simply brandishing a gleaming collection of awards, this musical colossus is ever evolving his productions and live performances to ensure that he remains on top of the game. His thumping and thrilling sets combine big beat rhythms with classic euphoric breakdowns that result in a mesmerizing ocean of elated bodies.
