The Blyth Power Ashes
With a history dating back to 1992 The Blyth Power Ashes has hosts Blyth Power at its heart but invites a wide range of musicians to their chosen venue of the year to enjoy their annual event. The event has grown significantly since its start and has taken place across many venues including Derbyshire, Norfolk and Peterborough. This year’s festival is to be held at The Hunters Inn in Longton.
Many acts have already been confirmed for 2015 including Blyth Power, the hosts, Anal Bear, Pog, The Lovely Brothers, Boy in the Cupboard, James Bar Bowen, Alcohol Lick, Teq, The Antipost, Fishwife’s Broadside and Lockyer & Matt Foster.
The festival has a fun and quirky feel with a subverted cricket theme running alongside the music.
