By air: The nearest major airport is Birmingham Airport (BHX), about 15 miles (24 km) from Bromsgrove. From Birmingham Airport, visitors can take a train or taxi to Bromsgrove. The airport is connected by a free Air-Rail Link to Birmingham International railway station, and from there it is a short train ride to Bromsgrove. Other major airports in the region include Manchester and Bristol, though traveling from those will require a longer journey by road or rail.

By train: Bromsgrove has its own railway station on the Birmingham-Worcester line, serviced by West Midlands Railway. Trains run frequently from Birmingham New Street (around 30 minutes) and Worcester Foregate Street (about 25 minutes). From London or the north, travelers can take mainline trains to Birmingham New Street or Coventry, then change for a local train south to Bromsgrove. The station is a short taxi or bus ride from the festival site.

By car: Bromsgrove is easily accessible by road. It lies near Junction 4 of the M5 motorway, which links to the M6, M42 and M40, making the drive convenient from most parts of England. The A38 also runs through Bromsgrove, and local signs will direct you toward the sports and country club venue. Parking is available at the festival site (often included with your ticket) and in the town centre. Allow a bit of extra travel time on festival weekends, as roads can be busier than usual near the event.

Local transport & accommodation: Bromsgrove is a small town with local bus routes to nearby Worcester and Droitwich Spa, which may be of use if you’re staying off-site. Taxis and ride-hailing services operate from the Bromsgrove station and town centre. Many visitors choose to stay overnight in local hotels, B&Bs or countryside inns; it is wise to book ahead as places can fill up quickly. If you prefer to stay close to the action, remember that camping is usually included in the festival ticket. The town also has stores and markets where you can pick up any last-minute supplies or camping gear.
