Reggae City Festival

Reggae City is back for 2015 for the next instalment of crucial roots and Reggae inspired music from Birmingham and beyond.

This year Reggae City is reaching new heights, welcoming the legendary Macka B and the Roots Ragga Band to headline the live stage, with further support from the Kayanites, The Equators and Lobster with a special closing set from Aries and MC David Boomah.

Hosting the second room we have the mighty Creative Hertz Sound System and Positive Vibration crew. One of the hottest up and coming sounds in town and one of the most heavy weight custom built systems in the UK. Playing on this huge sound system we have Sticky Joe and Long Fingah, Birminghams own Goosensei and so many more great acts.

Expect to hear everything from Roots Rock Reggae, Ska and Dub to Jungle, dancehall and dubstep!

As well as the music, there will be Caribbean food, drink and merch stalls, walkabout entertainment and a Jamaican dominoes tournament. Too many good vibes to soak up.
