Monmouth Festival is celebrating its 35th year in 2017. It offers a series of entertainment and events in the South Wales town over a week in the summer. The festival has been confirmed for 28th July until 5th August and the Carnival Sunday will take place on 30th July.
The festival offers a wide range of different musical genres from pop to classical and jazz to funk. There is no line-up announced for 2017 but it is bound to be eclectic and offer something for everyone. Events take place at a specially erected open-air stage in the car park on Blestium Street and also at St Mary’s Church and the Three Horseshoes.
