Chester Folk Festival
Organised for the Spring Bank Holiday Weekend at the end of May, the Chester Folk Festival is back for its 16th year in 2015. The event is an enjoyable mixture of live music, events which festival goers can participate in, workshops, market stalls and even dedicated events for the children.
As far as the line-up goes many artists have already confirmed their attendance including: John Tams & Barry Coope, The Churchfitters, Barluath, John Kirkpatrick, The Young'Uns, Jeff Davis & Brian Peters, Jaywalkers, Mischa MacPherson Trio, Bob Fox, Cloudstreet, Keith Hancock and Greg Russell & Ciaran Algar.
Alongside the music visitors can enjoy dedicated children’s shows and workshops, crafting opportunities and the market with many independent stalls selling crafts and instruments.
