The Swamp Donkey is a United States rock ’n’ roll group from Reno, Nevada. It is a four-piece band associated with Southern rock, stoner rock, stoner metal and stoner doom, and its sound centres on down-and-dirty riffs and heavy, doomy grooves.

The group describes itself as four friends making music “for rock’s sake”. It signs with the UK label Undergroove Records, and its full-length album The Trouble With Crusades is part of its recorded output.
