Plu

Plu is a Welsh folk group from Wales, active since 2012. The trio consists of siblings Elan Mererid Rhys, Marged Eiry Rhys and Gwilym Bowen Rhys. Their name is Welsh for “feathers”.

The group plays alternative Welsh-language folk music, with elements of country and Americana. Alongside original material, they perform adaptations of traditional songs from Welsh and other origins. Their first album is released in 2013.
