The Darkness are to Perform an Intimate gig at Lon

On the 30th September The Darkness will be taking over the 100 Club in London to stage an intimate gig to celebrate their imminent trip to Japan and UK tour.

The band will limber up at their first ever appearance at the legendary venue on the 10th October 2011 which promises to be the sweatiest night of the year, no matter what the weather brings. This will be an amazing night for the band and fans alike to take part in the beginning of THE DARKNESS’ much needed return to the UK and bring glamour, excitement and proper rawk to Oxford Street.

The original line up of Justin Hawkins, Dan Hawkins, Frankie Poullain and Ed Graham made their welcome return to the live scene earlier this year with a triumphant performance at Download Festival in June which saw them air the old favourites as well as unveil several news tracks from their forthcoming album. Several European festivals beckoned and they returned after the summer to finish recording and mixing.
