Mulletover has a lot to be proud of. For one it’s now recognised as London’s most established and successful underground warehouse party, its has had the pleasure of headline acts such as Seth Troxler, Jamie Jones and Steve Bug, but above all else, its soon to turn 7 years old. For this one we’re pulling out all of the stops as not only will this be a birthday extravaganza, but also the 2nd out of just 3 parties that mulletover will be doing this year. So party hats and streamers at the ready, as you are all cordially invited to mulletover’s 7th Birthday Party.

Cadenza’s Reboot is one of the most celebrated live acts in electronic music. His sets have become famous for their sexy energy, stunning presentation and incorporation of dance sounds across the spectrum. Between playing clubs throughout Europe and being featured on Luciano’sFabric41 mix, Reboot has most recently been involved in the unique Aether Project, an amazing live show for dance audiences incorporating a blend of sounds, lights and colours to enhance the overall musical experience. Berlin-based Efdemin producer aka Phillip Sollmann has lead the way forward, through the converging thickets of minimal, deep house and techno. He released his debut and namesake album in 2007 - regarded as one of the most artfully crafted LPs of 2007. His second album Chicago, released in May last year, is hard not to hear as being even more carefully structured and considered. Having been a resident at Berlin’s epic Panoramabar as well as Cityfox in Zurich, Efdemin is going to be something of a rather special birthday present. Warming up in room 1 is Enzo Siragusa, who’s distinctive sound and sets are subtle, dynamic and always full of energy.

Room 2 is being hosted by one of Europe’s leading electronic labels Innerversions. The deep-house label represents its founders Amê and Dixon and has signed artists such as Marcus Worgull and Tokyo Black Star releasing numerous tracks by the likes of Melon, Daniel Sanchez and Estroe. Leading the way on the decks will be Dixon. Dixon likes to try news things and in the past couple of years has produced an adventurous live show, two (very different) mix compilations, and a film score and – much of which has been accomplished in partnership with long time friends Henrik Schwarz and Âme. aka Steffen BerkhahnGerman duo Kristian Beyer and Frank Wiedemann Âme will be playing live and leading us into their enigmatic world. Âme’s sound is easily accessible without ever loosing deepness, complexity and a distinct twist. Completing room 2 is Gerd Janson, the quintessential DJ’s DJ, unearthing the gems that get other music lovers hot and excited. Gerd keeps himself busy as the co-owner of his Running Back label, at the helm of the long-running Liquid club night at Frankfurt’s Robert Johnson with DJ comrade Thomas Hammann and penning many a story for Germany’s Spex and Groove magazines.

Boasting a long and illustrious career (now in its 19th year), Leeds based night Back To Basics has been responsible for bringing some of the biggest and best DJs to Yorkshire on a regular basis. Over the last eight years Buckley has been resident at Basics in Leeds, Just Jack in Bristol and We Love at Space in Ibiza where his experience, versatility and skills have shone consistently. Adam Shelton is promoter and resident DJ behind underground Birmingham bash Below. In the last decade he’s played everywhere from Panorama Bar to Space, and is one of this country’s most respected residents. At the end of 2009 Adam launched One Records alongside Subb-an, friend and resident of Below. The label aims to encapsulate the energy and dexterity of artists and crowds that the party has connected with most. Tristan Da Cunha is a name that has become synonymous with Basics, as well as the 2020 Vision label. His passion, knowledge and skills have gained him respect from DJs and producer´s across the board. As part of the Leeds music factory Back to Basics originals in 1991, James Holroyd has really made a name for himself over the years with his unique style and attitude towards music taking him around the world.
