Get Loaded in the Park Returns in 2011

Get Loaded in the Park will return to Clapham Common on Sunday 12th June 2011 with an expected massive line up.

Lock N Load Events have announced that Get Loaded in the Park will return to Clapham Common on Sunday 12th June 2011.

This marks a new era in Get Loaded as the festival returns to its spiritual home after taking a year’s sabbatical in 2010. As sister festival to South West Four, the return of Get Loaded also allows us to top and tail the London festival calendar. Over the past few months we have managed to confirm a series of amazing acts that we have been after for many years, all of which will be revealed very soon. This includes an absolutely massive headliner who have been responsible for selling out festivals across the world and will help celebrate the return in true Get Loaded fashion!

Having aligned itself with London’s leading inner-city festivals, Get Loaded in the Park has garnered a reputation for showcasing heavy hitters within the alternative music scene.

Past guests have included Iggy & The Stooges, Lily Allen, Dizzee Rascal, The Streets, Gossip, De La Soul, Babyshambles, Supergrass, Soulwax, MIA, Kate Nash, Badly Drawn Boy, Graham Coxon, Dirty Pretty Things and The Hives amongst many others. Expect similar names at Get Loaded in the Park 2011 as we showcase massive acts on the main stage and another two arenas of new and underground talent.
