SW4

For the first time in our nine year history, the Clapham carnage will cease at 10pm. That’s an extra hour to indulge in the electronic sights, sounds and lights which got SW4

With bone chilling temperatures freezing the UK, summer can’t come soon enough. Unfortunately we haven’t invented the capacity for time travel just yet but the August return of South West Four will make that arduous wait worthwhile. Now firmly established in London’s musical calendar, SW4 2012 will truly embrace the spirit of British Summer Time.

With the clocks traditionally going forward during this period SW4 is set to follow suit. For the first time in our nine year history, the Clapham carnage will cease at 10pm. That’s an extra hour to indulge in the electronic sights, sounds and lights which got SW4 voted ‘Best British Festival’ at DJ Magazine’s Best of British Awards 2011.

So with an extra sixty minutes to play with, this year’s line-up holds extra significance. Our carefully construed line-up will showcase an array of prime electronic artists on a scale never before experienced at South West Four. Inspirational talent synonymous with SW4’s success, are joined by a host of DJ debuts and manic live acts. Stay tuned for those all important acts which will be revealed imminently. With these mindblowing lineup announcements almost as anticipated as the festival itself, start preparing yourself…

In true chronological fashion, Saturday’s massive main stage headliner will be disclosed first with Sunday’s not far behind. Set to destroy Clapham Common with their ferocious beats and incredible live show, they are currently the no.1 electronic live act on the planet! This is what they had to say ahead of their landmark performance: “It's great to be headlining a festival in our home town, London. SW4 always has a killer line up and a great atmosphere and I'm sure it'll be one of the highlights of our summer.” Who will it be? Keep your eyes peeled as all will be revealed very soon...
