More bands added to Download Festival

20 more bands have been added to the Download festival 2011!

The Download Festival 2011 is building up to be one of the top line ups this this year with the announcement of yet more bands added to this incredible heavy rock festival.   
We can confirm that Bullet for my Valentine, Gaslight Anthem, Pendulum, Alter Bridge and Thin Lizzy are among 20 new acts joining the bill for this years festival. They will join already confirmed headliners System of a Down and Linkin, alongside Avenged Sevenfold and Rob Zombie to bring an amazing mix of old and new rock music to the spectacular site of Donington Park.
Download has seen many top acts over the years perform at this iconic festival such as Faith No More, The Prodigy, Marilyn Manson, Def Leppard and Whitesnake to name but a few.
Download is known for its heavy metal/rock ethos and besides the great music on offer there is plenty of entertainment on site and through the night to keep everyone happy and making sure you fully appreciate what Download has to offer.  

Ticket prices are a Weekend 5 Night camping £180, 3 Night Camping £170  

Download Festival runs from 10Th - 12Th June at Donington Park in the East Midlands.
