Vintage Festival returns for a fourth year to Morecambe's seafront on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th September 2016 for a glamorous weekend of music, fashion, film, art, design and dance from the 1920’s to the 1990’s.

The Vintage Festival is a truly unique annual event which celebrates 7 decades of British Cool.

It brings together and celebrates the music, fashion, film , art, dance and design from the 1920s to the 1980s that has made Britain the world's creative and cultural hot bed. Vintage explores this rich cultural history and the extraordinary influence that it has had on the modern world.

Morecambe will once again be turned into a multi-venue playground where visitors can learn the dances, take in curated live performance and exclusive DJ sets, join in pop up fashion shows, peruse the classic cars, taste the finest street food, shop the vintage marketplace and much more.

The Festival is hosted in and around The Midland Hotel, The Platform train station and Morecambe Promenade. Vintage is the brainchild of designers Gerardine and Wayne Hemingway, and son Jack Hemingway.

All aspects of the Vintage Festival are curated by a team containing the most experienced, knowledgeable and respected figures within the music, design, film, fashion and entertainment industries. The Vintage curatorial team bring an unparalleled authenticity and attention to detail to the Vintage experience.

There are no acts confirmed yet for 2016.

The weekend’s programme will provide a free festival of entertainment for local residents and visitors to the town to experience one of the most unique places to celebrate all things vintage. A small number of additional ticketed events are held in the evenings priced between £15 - £65. See our website for more details coming soon.
