Stockton International Riverside Festival
The streets of Stockton-On-Tees will come alive again for the twenty-ninth time between 4th and 7th August for the Stockton International Riverside Festival. This is a community festival which is mainly made up of free events and it takes over the streets and brings the entertainment to the whole of the town.
This year’s festival has been organised to include a wide range of musical and theatre events and the opening show is Mark Anderson’s Furious Folly. The festival offers an exciting range of all kinds of musical theatre, dance and live acts and it boasts a 10,000 capacity outdoor mainstage as well as a programme which takes place at a range of venues around the town.
