Harpole Scarecrow Festival

2016 marks the 17th Harpole Scarecrow Festival and it is back again to show off the local community’s best scarecrow designs and a fun, family friendly festival atmosphere. This year’s festival has been organised for 10th sand 11th September and is taking place at Harpole Bowls Club.

It has the community spirit at its heart and acts and displays confirmed so far include: Encore Dance School Display, Luna Nightingale, Henry Dymott, Limelight Dance School Display, George Holmes, Mambo Jambo, Extreme Martial Arts Demonstration, Vintage Military Vehicles, and plenty more street entertainment.

Village residents will create and display scarecrows of all shapes and sizes which can be enjoyed by all festival goers.
