Cowley Road Carnival
Cowley Road Works is a small charity with a big task: putting on the Cowley Road Carnival that brings together the many different people in and around Oxford, with a sense of community and connectivity, to celebrate their diversity, creativity and energy.
With Music, Dance, and of course the carnival Procession Cowley Road is like no other Carnival, with a host of different areas and activities.
