Zebra and Snake is a Finnish electronic and indie group active since 2007. The act is centred on Tapio, who handles vocals and synths, Matti, who plays bass, backing vocals and synths, and Alpo, who plays drums and sequencers.

The group presents itself around the contrasting figures of the zebra and the snake, and its music is described through themes of release, healing and emotional process. Its instrumentation combines vocals, bass, synthesizers, drums and sequencers, placing it within electropop and disco-influenced electronic music.

The lineup and the group’s own image emphasise a collaborative, performance-based approach, with Tapio and Matti originally forming the core and Alpo adding rhythm and sequencing. The project remains associated with an experimental and atmospheric Finnish electronic sound.
