The Goon Sax are an indie pop group from Brisbane, active from 2013. The band forms around Louis Forster, Riley Jones and James Harrison, with Forster also noted as the son of Robert Forster, co-founder of The Go-Betweens.

The group releases its debut album, Up to Anything, on Chapter Music in 2016. It follows with We’re Not Talking in 2018 and Mirror II in 2021. The band later announces a split in 2022.
