The Apocryphalites are a nine-piece ska outfit based in London. They focus on playing ska in a style that draws on the genre’s early forms, combining their own material with covers from 1960s artists such as Desmond Dekker, Prince Buster and the Skatalites. Their repertoire also includes ska versions of songs by Gnarls Barkley and music associated with 1970s television.
