Simon Fisher Turner
Simon Fisher Turner is an English musician, songwriter, composer, producer and actor from Dover, United Kingdom, born in 1954. He begins his career with early 1970s singles produced by Jonathan King. He is briefly a member of The The before leaving to form the duo Deux Filles with Colin Lloyd Tucker. He later works under the name Jeremy’s Secret and also goes on to a solo career.
Solo work and aliases
As a solo artist, Simon Fisher Turner releases numerous albums under several aliases, including The King of Luxembourg, SFT, Simon Turner, Live Blue Roma and Loveletter. His work spans contemporary classical, electronic, experimental, soundtrack and ambient music.
Film music and collaborations
He is widely known for his film scores. He also occasionally plays with Kendall Turner Overdrive, The Hangovers and Bad Dream Fancy Dress.
