Revenge of the Psychotronic Man
Revenge of the Psychotronic Man are a Manchester punk group active from 2004 to 2018. They are a three-piece and play fast melodic punk. Their sound draws comparison with Zeke and The Lawrence Arms.
Line-up
The band members are Andy Davies, Chris Hinsley and Matt Woods. The lineup also appears as Andy Psychotronic on bass and vocals, Matt Woods on guitar and vocals, and Big Hands on drums.
Releases
The band release music on TNS Records. Their debut album, Make Pigs Smoke, appears in 2009 and is described as critically acclaimed. They also release a split EP with The Fractions in 2008, and six new tracks on an international split EP in 2011 alongside The Mighty Midgets, Fist of the North Star and Broken Aris. That release appears on TNS, 5FeetUnder and Stikman.
Activity
Revenge of the Psychotronic Man tour the UK and Europe extensively. They also support acts including Bad Religion and The Briefs.
