Paprika Korps is a Polish heavy reggae group, active since 1995. The band members named in the available information are Tomek Krawczyk and Kuba 1200.

Style and sound

The group is described as an alternative heavy reggae act whose music combines reggae, dub and punk. It is also associated with reggae, heavy reggae and ska.

Activity and touring

Paprika Korps is known for extensive touring in Poland and across Europe. Over a three-year period, the band plays more than 200 shows in 20 European countries. Its live schedule includes performances in Moscow, Finland near the Arctic Circle, Germany, Belgium, Ireland and multiple dates in Poland. This heavy touring pattern gives the band the nickname “The Heavy Reggae Travellers”.

Releases

The group releases three official albums. One of these is Telewizor, the third album, issued on the band’s own independent label, Karrot Kommando.
